About The Welcome Centre This community has been set up by ordinary deviants with no affiliation with deviantART, to welcome and help all new deviants.  When I joined deviantART, it was very intimidating, as it's a huge place and very difficult to learn every rule, find every part of the FAQ and know where every deviation should go.  I have been welcoming new deviants personally for a while now, and have noticed that it's always appreciated - I've even had people note me to say thank you, and how helpful it's been.  So I created this community, to bring together like-minded deviants with the hope of leaving a few kind words and links to usef

Ok, now that I've got the initial intros done, I understand there a probably still people out there, that have probably been busy, and not a chance to see the first journal I put out, and I understand that believe me, I'm the same way hence me posting this at midnite my time. I know want to take this chance to say, if you ever have any questions, or comments,  maybe I should do something more type thing (meaning me), feel free to let me know,  I don't bite, but i may be a lil out of it at times, ask quenjamin (https://www.deviantart.com/quenjamin) about that one,  I welcomed the welcomecentre to art (https://www.deviantart.com/art) not thinking about the name when she created the account lol. so yeah,

As quenjamin (https://www.deviantart.com/quenjamin) mentioned, I am counselor (https://www.deviantart.com/counselor). and I have recently taken over in moderation of the welcomecentre (https://www.deviantart.com/welcomecentre).  First I'd like to take a moment and say Congratulations Anjii on the birth of your son Orion. Next I'd like to ask anyone who's still alive, just give me a note on either this account or on my counselor (https://www.deviantart.com/counselor) account just to let me know so I can have an idea as to who's around and who may have left or whatnot.
